Balanced system

On the market you can find different devices that offer ventilation to your inside house air.

One of them is the balanced system. It is formed out of two fans and two duct infrastructures.

This structure requires a substantial investment for installation. The system provides two functions: brings fresh air and exhausts polluted air from the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms. If it works properly, it doesn’t pressurize or depressurizes a house.

It doesn’t ban out moisture from the air before entering the house. But, filters are attached to the fans and can remove dust and pollen.

You can use the balanced ventilation system in any climate. Although, in the winter, you need for the outdoor air to be mixed with indoor air so it reaches the warmer temperatures. This adds up costs for the energy used.
