Termite prevention
Most chemicals used to kill termites are not toxic for humans and animals. Even so, you must be careful when using these chemicals.
Water and soil treatments
When using chemicals to kill termites, you must create a barrier around the house so avoid applying chemicals on the soil or close to any well water reservoir.
Dust treatment
If you choose to use a dust treatment, make sure to wear a mask. Inhaling the dust treatment will cause breathing complications on the long run.
Protective gear
Wearing protective gear is very important when working with chemicals. Keep the skin contact at a minimum and away from food preparation areas.
