Patio drip irrigation system

If your yard space doesn’t allow you to have a full size garden, you can build a container garden. As any garden, the container garden requires watering to assure the proper plant growth.

Install a back flow preventer to the main water source that is represented by an outdoor faucet.

This will keep dirty water from infiltrating your main water system.Attach a timer to the back flow preventer with the required fittings. It will set the time at which the water will be turned on. Attach a pressure regulator to the timer. It is used to regulate the speed of the water. Attach a garden hose to the pressure regulator. The drip irrigation system must be installed at the top of the garden containers. Use a utility knife to cut the required lengths. Adjust the flow of water depending on your needs.
